Those are very very pretty. And what a great idea. We switched to fake trees years and years ago when we determined that the male dog we had at the time had issues understanding the rules about indoor trees. I've missed the scent of a real tree ever since. It never occurred to me to look for pine oil. I've been trying unsatisfactory commercial candles/potpourri after unsatisfactory commercial candles/potpourri for years now. Doh!

Pity you're in BC and I'm in Ottawa. I'd sell my serger. I never use it.

Gorgeous Photos! I came here via somewhere and I know I will coming back to visit. Happy holidays!

That's a great idea and it looks very sweet with the little tree on it.

My favourite tree ever was the one we had 9 years ago. It was a real one, and I baked gingerbread people to hang from the tree. The smell was the best.

What a great idea! Those are adorable, Ruth. I'll have to find me some pine oil. (being married to a fire-fighter denies me the pleasure of a real tree!!) Oh well...safety over scent wins every time. ;) Merry Christmas!
