There's been about a million centimetres of snow over the last 48 hours, nearly doubling the previously skimpy base, the view out the livingroom window looks like this:
and neither Rob nor I are in any shape to take advantage of it.
Rob is definitely winning the sick and feeble sweepstakes; thus far I've just got headache, fatigue, and a free-floating sense of weirdness. I'm rotating between pattern writing, knitting, packaging, knitting, reskeining, knitting.... pausing to break up squabbles between kids who are now energetic enough to have cabin fever but still coughing in an impressive fashion sure to garner irate calls from the school.
Here's the progress on St. Brigid:
What a gorgeous view! I hope you all will get better soon.

May you both be strong and well soon!

Wow - that loopy cable is amazing - I didn't even know cables could do that - I can see why you loved this pattern!!! The green is gorgeous too.
I got my yarn package a couple of days ago with enchanted forest sock and winter creek sock - and the enchanted forest for the leafy mitts- the yarn is so beautiful I have it sitting on my work desk so i can look at it and squish it all day - gorgeous gorgeous colors - I love how the aran looks like the hole in the canopy where the light is breaking on - and the sock liikes like the whole enchanting picture to the floor - truly inspired

I hope you feel better soon! Yay, there's snow! Hubby has been holding off skiing WB due to the lack of snow. He's got an Edge card and hasn't used any of his 5 days yet. Guess I'll be a ski widow for the next few weekends.

Wishing you better health. The view out your window is gorgeous, and the stitch definition in St Brigid is too. All the best.

Nice start on St. Brigid. What's needed is chicken soup and Tylenol. Seriously. You've probably even got homemade chicken soup in your larder or freezer. Go now. Eat some.
