Wow -- gorgeous. Does it keep the purple when it's cooked? That would make a gorgeous colourway -- those lovely purples with hints of green peeking through.

The more colour the more nutritional benefit - seriously - its smart to shop for fruits and vegetables with the deepest colour! (Plus its so much more fun to cook and eat!)
